I am an embroiderer and manipulator, passionate about colour and texture. I machine and hand stitch illustrative and manipulative pieces. My technique is not always the easiest way but the prettiest, choosing quaint over quantity. I draw my inspiration from exotic animals and their connotations, creating one off pieces of fashion accessories and fashion fabrics with a sensitively chosen colour palette. Their subtlety carries a powerful and striking impact.
